Hello
Mount Leura, located just outside the charming town of Camperdown, offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding volcanic plains and the scenic landscape of the Western District.
This dormant volcano, which rises 298 metres above sea level, provides a perfect spot for a short hike, birdwatching, and photography, making it a must-visit for nature lovers and those seeking a peaceful retreat.
You can drive to the top of the summit and the car park and lookout offer commanding views of Lake Corangamite and views across to Mount Elephant.
There are a number of walking trails around the Mount Leura and Mount Sugarloaf Reserve, connecting to Camperdown near the showgrounds.
