Soak up all the Great Ocean Road has to offer alfresco while sipping a brew of choice, or dine indoors where blond wood table settings, trailing greenery and cabinets overflowing with all manner of temptations await.

Early risers stop in for cluckin’ waffles – Southern fried chicken, waffles, maple bacon and syrup – or the Atlantic flatty, with smoked salmon, flatbread, dill cream cheese, pickled fennel, capers, rocket and poached egg.

The lunch crowd sips an icy glass of vino while delving into an open slow-cooked lamb souva, lettuce, tomato, beetroot relish, pickled onion, garlic sauce and pita bread; or classic fish and chips – flathead tails, garden salad, fries and aioli.
